Let’s start by defining the Pioneer Doctors — they are users who have signed up to myCure BEFORE the release of the Version 2.0. We have transferred to a more secure platform, requiring Pioneers to update their password via email. This step will basically tell the system that an account is valid and is still being used.
If you are one of the Pioneer Doctors, here is a 3-step tutorial to guide you through the process:
- Login to myCure using your current account credentials
- For data migration security purposes, we’ll be asking you to reset your password. Tap “Update my password” and an email will be sent to your registered email address.
- Go to your inbox and follow the instructions in the email sent by myCure.
