Queueing, Accommodating, and Editing a Patient’s Details

In queues, users can access the different queues that were set in the Administrative module with respect to the roles and privileges. This is also where users can accommodate each patient according to their needs and deck them to the corresponding queue.

Steps in Queueing

Users have the ability to receive patients who registered from the Patient Kiosk or select the patient from the system’s database. 
  1. To queue patient manually, “select patient” button.
    • Search for the name of the patient or scroll through the list. 
    • Click the name of the patient.
  2. Patient will automatically be placed in queue for registration.

Steps in Accommodating a new Patient

  1. To accommodate, click patient.
    1. To accommodate patient not next in line:
      • Click “more options”.
      • Select “Serve now”.
  2. Once accommodated, users can edit the patient details:
    • Click the edit icon.
    • An option to edit the patient’s details, view the medical record summary, and archive the patient and their record will appear. 
    • Click the Edit Patient option to be redirected to the patient’s details.

Steps in uploading a patient’s photo:

Users will now be able to edit the patient’s details, upload the patient’s photo by clicking on the photo box and then selecting the desired photo
  1. Click the box containing the default clinic photo.
  2. A prompt for a file browser will appear.
  3. Select the desired photo.
  4. Choose to rotate either left or right, and/or crop the photo accordingly. 
  5. The chosen photo is now set as the patient’s official photo. 

Steps in tagging a patient:

  1. To tag the patient accordingly:
  2.  Tick the box/es that apply/ies. 
Patient tagging will let the system easily recognize the applicable discounts, promos, etc. 

Steps to add patient’s HMO:

  1. Click the “Add HMO” button 
  2. Select the patient’s HMO provider.
  3. Enter corresponding card number. 
Other details can also be inputted here like work information, contact person in case of an emergency, and additional note fields for more relevant medical information about the patient. Users can also link each patient to MYCURE’s patient’s account through a registered email.
