Pharmacy Inventory Custodian
The Pharmacy Module is where the prescribed medications and drugs can be bought by patients. This module houses the necessary transactions and reports for the medicines that patients buy within the clinic’s pharmacy which is important when it comes to tracking of inventory, particularly medications.
This module has three primary users namely Head – Pharmacy, Pharmacist, and Pharmacy Inventory Custodian. Each of these users have their own role and privileges to ensure the clinic’s needs are met and fulfilled in order for them to deliver the utmost care for their patients. In this tutorial, we’ll discuss the users whose task is to handle the inventory-related processes: Pharmacy Inventory Custodian.
Pharmacy Inventory Custodian
The Pharmacy Inventory Custodian is tasked with handling the processes inventory-related activities inside the clinic pharmacy. This includes overseeing the reports and the inventory transfers.

Point of Sales
This is where users create pharmaceutical transactions from viewing sales reports to producing a sales order and verifying staff commissions.

Pharmacy inventory custodians can only access this in a read-only mode.
Total Sales Report

This is where a summary of all the clinic transactions can be found composed of sales, expenses, number of patients, and total amount of payments per payment method. Users can filter the view by clicking the date field found on the upper left corner of the page.

Pharmacy Analytics

The pharmacy analytics can be found on the Nav Bar > Clinic Dashboard and contains analytics about the pharmacy’s sales. Pharmacy inventory custodians can only access this in a read-only mode.
