Data Analyst
Administrative Module
The Administrative module focuses on the customization of the MYCURE Clinic Management System that will suit each clinic’s operations and processes. This is important in ensuring that the system attends to all the needs of the clinic as well as optimize the clinic dynamic to its fullest potential; feeling the swift assistance of MYCURE technology while staying true to every clinic’s unique quality of service.
This module has five primary users namely Superadmin, Clinic Manager, Data Analyst, Proofreader, and Records Staff. Each of these users have their own role and privileges to keep the clinic secured and the flow to be smooth. In this tutorial, we’ll discuss the role whose task is to secure and verify analytics produced by the clinic: Data Analyst.
Data Analyst
A data analyst is concerned with the analytics and reports produced in the clinic. Their main role to ensure that the reports made are all matched and no loose ends are left. They double, triple, and even quadruple check these as these reports are crucial in the security of their patients’ data as well as the clinic’s growth. Below is a matrix of their privileges:

As indicated above, data analysts have a limited access to the clinic’s data. They can only read all the reports and medical data produced and analyze these as needed.
Clinic Configurations:
For the Administrative Module exclusively, they are mainly tasked to manage clinic configurations. These configurations include settings for each of the system’s modules.
Staff Management:
In the administrative module, only Superadmins can manage the roles and privileges of all the other clinic management system users.
Admin Analytics:
Here, users can see the analytics per filtered date. These analytics can be enabled/disabled in Settings > Registration > Analytics but data analysts can only view this through Nav Bar > Clinic Dashboard.
Audit Trail Access:
Audit Trail refers to the action that every user in the clinic does with regards to every data that the clinic has. To access this, go to Settings > My Clinic > History.
Clinic Attendance:
Data Analysts are also tasked with ensuring that the staff attendance are properly monitored through the HRIS feature which can be found in the system’s Nav Bar > HRIS. There, clinic staff can clock in and clock out of duty on designated times. MYCURE also secures the queue numbers and encounters of the clinic in order to generate proper analytics.

Particularly, using the “Open/Close” clinic feature found on Clinic logo > Open/Close Clinic, superadmins and other authorized users can open the clinic to start clinic operations, as well as close the clinic to clear the system of any pending queues and encounters which is important in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
