If you have not logged in within 30 days after you signed up, our system will automatically flag you as an INACTIVE user and your account will be deactivated (we’ll be notifying you, don’t worry). Adding your first facility may ask you to place your clinic location. Google Maps helps you plot your address accurately. But if it does not find your clinic address according to how they mapped it, this error appears:
